Kristen Kittleson

has worked as the County of Santa Cruz Fishery Resource Planner since 1999. She works on a variety of projects and programs to protect and enhance habitat for steelhead and coho salmon. These include stream wood management, riparian corridor protection policy and juvenile steelhead monitoring. Kristen has a master’s degree in conservation biology with a focus on stream and river ecosystems and has worked in the field of watershed protection for almost 30 years.
